"Not only is [Heather] the consummate professional with all the necessary checks, covers and forms in place to put your mind at ease, she has such a great way with my dog Yoshi who now treats her as one of the family! Being the first dog professional I had used for walking I was a little concerned to hand over the house keys to someone I didn't know, however Heather soon demonstrated that her client handling is as good as her dog handling and there were no issues at all. Not only does Yoshi look forward to his walks with Heather he also enjoys staying with her whenever I'm away; something that gives me peace of mind knowing Yoshi is with someone he trusts as opposed to being in kennels."

"Zoe Two Moons is a very special member of our family and a very unusually sociable little black cat [..] we were very worried about how she would handle being alone when we left for our first trip away from London. To her great fortune and out great relief, we found Heather. She came for a home visit before our departure and spent about an hour hanging out with us and with Zoe, getting to know the house and letting Zoe get to know her. Heather is obviously a very passionate lover of cats and she and Zoe hit it off from the get-go. While we were away she visited Zoe twice a day and kept a detailed diary of all her moods, eating and playing. This was very helpful and reassuring for us, [...] We are all very happy to recommend Heather to any family and any cat or kitten.'

"Heather house sat for my 2 young cats, and my 15 year old blind and deaf old dog for 3 days recently. She was a great house-guest as well, leaving the place clean and tidy, with her bed stripped and washed. Her charges are also very reasonable. I have 3 dogs, none of which I would say are that easy! So I found it rather hard to put my trust in anyone walking them, however I can honestly say Heather has put my mind at rest. Fetch Pets offer great services and my dogs are always pleased to see Heather when she comes round for their walk. I receive updates on how they have been and can always count on Heather to walk them when needed. All my dogs now love Heather which is brilliant seen as 2 of them are quite stand-offish with new people and the other one is usually nervous!'
